It is called "dead fly" to that person who appears to be innocent, fragile, good people, sincere, but who in reality is the opposite.
Someone who looks dumb and innocent but is NOT! ... Not necessarily meaning she's a "backstabber"... But is someone that is always a step ahead of you even though you "think" they're not.
